1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
From
the time we receive your order (payment and images) it will take
approximately 14 business days to receive your order. Order processing begins when we have received both payment and all images. If you need your
item fast, please let us know and we will put an
"emergency rush status" on your order. There is no charge for us to
work on your order in the middle of the night, but if you want your
item Fed-Ex'ed we do charge for that. Orders to Canada and Hawaii may
take longer.
2. What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is $6.00 for the first 3 items and $13.95 for 4 items an up. All items are sent USPS Priority Mail.
3. How can I tell if an image will be suitable for a tile?
Not all images will work on tiles. We will assist you to determine if the image you choose will be "visible" once it is made into a tile. If your image has an overall dark look with little contrast it probably is not a good candidate for a tile. The best thing to do is crop your image to the size tile you want and print it. If it's dark, it will be dark on your tile.

Neither one of these images are suitable for photo tiles. In the first the subjects faces are too far away. In the second image there is no separation between subject and background, and the image is underexposed.
4. Can I have different pictures on a tile?
This depends on the style you order. All tiles in the Photo Tile Pendants section are double sided and you may choose to have either the same picture or different pictures on your tile. If the tile is from the Tiles in Silver section the tile can only be one sided.
5. What size file should I send?
A minimum file size of 5 X 7 @ 300 dpi is required for most images. If you have a file that does not meet these requirements e-mail me and I will let you know if it will work.
6. Can you custom size my necklace?
Yes.
7. Can you change my image to black and white?
Yes.
8. Can you send me a proof?
Yes.
9. How do I care for my jewelry and how durable is it?
All items
except for the Petit Giclees are waterproof. All of our items are pretty tough although
they are not indestructible. Wiping the surface with a soft cloth is all that is needed if an item gets...grimy or dirty. I can't think of a sophisticated word for that. Don't use Windex or alcohol. Also, do not get perfume or hairspray on jewelry.
